For almost 50 years, this 540 acre property remained virtually untouched. After his father passed away in 2011, Kevin Kersh visited the property for the very first time and soon after, began to find ancient artifacts – some dating back 15,000 years. He discovered that TheRanch is located on a very special meeting place – one where hundreds of generations have gathered to hunt. Kevin felt he had to share the property with others, so he enlisted the help of renowned wildlife biologist Warren Bluntzer and developed the property as a trophy whitetail deer hunting ranch and spiritual retreat. After years of work, exclusive trophy whitetail deer hunts are now available.

Other people feel it too. I had several offers to sell the property, but felt that we needed to make it available for other people to see. One of the best ways to share it with other people was to provide hunting opportunities for trophy white-tailed deer."
